What is Zukünfte-Abo?
Our Zukünfte-Abo is a curated program for an exclusive group of individuals. You could think of it as an ongoing behind-the-scenes dialogue with Schwarms. You benefit from the fact that we dedicate our lives to collecting and interpreting insights shaping the future. Do we cover your topics? Yes and no. Of course, we dive into specific developments like AI or robotics — but also into unexpected phenomena: emerging decentralization, innovative subscription models, or new ways of overcoming social polarization. When we connect the familiar with the unfamiliar, new cross-references emerge. And suddenly, solutions appear for problems we’ve had since yesterday.
How does it work?
Every month, we send out several impulses — deliberately varied in format and style: a background presentation, an exclusive (non-public) podcast episode, brief updates on promising developments, annotated links to trailblazing talks … and of course, we share anything truly new the moment we discover it. Plus, there are occasional surprises that arrive by post. This isn’t a one-way street: every few weeks we have the opportunity to exchange ideas in a live setting — reflecting and engaging in dialogue. We are also planning to open our Berlin office - the Library - twice a year just for our subscribers.

ContactOur Zukünfte-Abo is designed to provide you with two things in particular: first, highly relevant, exciting ideas that inspire you to think fundamentally and creatively, leading to better-informed decisions. And second, confirmation of your positive, open, and curious attitude toward the future. This is particularly important right now, especially as manager or decision-maker.
We curate all our ideas so that you can get the most inspiration possible with the least amount of time. Just 1-2 hours per month should be enough to go through the content we're sending you and commenting on. Of course, the time used for reflection that our Zukünfte-Abo triggers in you is something else entirely—but you probably don't want to measure that with a stopwatch either. And in case you want to invest even more time, we offer many in-depth sources and materials —plus the opportunity for monthly dialogue and live exchange.
Our Future Subscription is not comparable to the usual business media or business podcasts (many of which we consume ourselves too, of course). As strategy consultants and future guides, we continuously develop our own theories and content for partners and customers, which we would like to share with you through this unique format. Another important difference is the perspective we bring to the table: we anticipate different futures, so that you can make decisions in a more informed, reflective, and creative way.
We see your Zukünfte-Abo as a complete experience that only fully unfolds over a certain period of time with its various topics and channels. You can therefore join at any time, but you will then be committed for at least a whole year—and, as mentioned, for the price of a single seminar day. Incidentally, your Zukünfte subscription will only be renewed at your express request—and never automatically.
